In this map, you can see how much the assessed value per square foot varies from the average assessed
value per square foot for single family homes in the same census tract. If a home’s assessed value
per square foot is higher than the census tract average, it might be overassessed. The darker red a
property appears on the map, the farther above the census tract average its assessed value per square
foot is. The darker green, the farther below the census tract average assessed value per square foot.
